Customer Service and Office Administrator

Under the Rose Ltd is a fast growing, personalised and design-led jewellery brand based in Long Ditton/Surbiton. We are a small friendly team now recruiting for a Customer Service and Office Administrator, to support all aspects of running the studio. A varied role, the key responsibilities are to provide our customers with fantastic service both over the telephone and via email. You’ll possess strong organisational skills to provide the studio and production team full administration support, which includes scheduling work flow. The successful candidate will need a ‘hands on’ and flexible attitude and due to seasonal work demands they will need to ‘pitch in’ to get the job done when necessary.

Main duties:-
• Answer all customer enquiries and telephone orders
• Print daily on-line orders and dispatch notes
• Gift wrapping, packing and dispatch of orders via Royal mail and booking in for collection
• Handling returns and liaising with production team on alterations and repairs
• Managing stock system, ordering and checking in where necessary
• Scanning in customers personalisation for production
• Invoicing wholesale orders
• Sending out impression kits and gift packs
• Logging in all post
• General administration of office duties including filing, archiving and running reports
• Updating Social Media with news and updates
• Assisting Managing Director where required

You will have:-
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be punctual and hard-working
• Previous customer service experience
• The ability to multi-task and adapt to new roles within a growing business
• Be a good all-rounder with attention to detail
• Be flexible to meet the needs of the business and work effectively to meet deadlines
• Have two years’ experience working in an office environment in an administration capacity
• Have good IT skills particularly in Microsoft office
• Strong work ethic and good sense of humour

The position is full time Monday-Friday 9am -5pm
