With the recent outbreak it seems so important that we make plans about what is happening and how we react as and when we need too. Our studio is still open with staff that can work from home doing so.

Orders placed are currently being fulfilled as normal and shipping times remain the same.

Billing terms

The terms of our billing are as follows:

You first make full payment for products you wish to purchase, after adding them to your shopping basket. Payments are taken via Paypal, and you can use your credit or debit card via Paypal  instead if you don’t have a Paypal  account.

The amount you are charged includes any delivery fee as stated on the checkout page. Once we receive you order we will get to work as soon as we can, then we will post your items according the delivery option you choose on checkout.

Delivery within the UK is free of charge and orders are sent on a recorded delivery service. Your completed item will need to be signed for upon delivery by the Royal Mail.

We also offer an express delivery service for completed items. The charge for this is £6.00 and your order will be dispatched on a Royal Mail guaranteed next day service which will arrive with you by 1pm .

Postage to the EU is £8.

Postage to the Rest of the World is £12.

Overseas orders may be subject to import duties which are valid and specific to your country. These are the responsibility of you the customer.

At busy times of the year such as Christmas, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day, production and order turn around times may be longer. Information with regard to this will always be posted on the website and we will contact customers where appropriate.
